How to place a catering order:

Click the “Place an order” button above to place your order online for your desired pick up date and time. If you would like your ordered delivered, click the “Place a Delivery Catering Order” button and fill out the appropiate form.

Catering Portioning:

Full pans: 20 to 25 people (estimate-based on client).

Half pans: 10-15 people (estimate-based on client).

All catering orders will be served in foil pans and placed in a catering food packaging box with food labels. We do not proivde: serving utensils, sternos, chafing pans, or any other catering supplies.

Catering Timeframe:

Catering pick up/delivery orders must be placed at minimum 48 hours in advance of the pick up/ delivery date. If your catering pick up date is less than 48 hours in advance, please call us at 443-292-2974 and ask to speak with the manager on duty to accommodate your order.

Delivery & Fees:

Delivery is $60 up to 15 miles. Additional fees apply for extended distance beyond 15 miles. If you would like your order delivered please fill out the Catering Delivery Form

All catering orders of $800 or more are subject to a 10% gratuity charge to support and fund our ktichen team.

All catering orders are subject to a 7% Catering materials fee.

Cancellation:

Catering orders must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service are eligible for a refund of only 20% of the total order value. To cancel please email: events@expkonoko.com or call us at 443.292.2974.
